Don't even waste your time. Don't let the four stars fool you. Came here March 9th. I spoke to Nicole. I asked thorough questions. One specific question "if I took care of my brother and he made over 30k last year, can I still claim him?" The answer I got was yes. I paid $225. Nicole was real nice and sweet. Took about an hour to do everything. On 3/25/24 I get a call saying that my taxes were denied because 1. The preparer put my brothers social in the spouse field. So it got denied. So Then I spoke to the area manager. She said they have no idea what corporate is talking about. The mistake was that I added my little brother even tho he made too much money. I asked this question over 6 times. I wasn't the one that prepared it. The area manager kept cutting me off and said she didn't want to argue. All I had were questions that clearly she did not want to answer. She kept saying I was yelling. I was not lol I don't yell. I just want my taxes done. So I ask for a refund. She said she'd call me back the next day. I go in to the store 3/26 to talk to someone in person. Another lady in the front. I asked her about my refund. She tried to blame ME for doing my taxes incorrectly. I asked her "what's the point of me coming in here to get my taxes done by y'all? Then y'all blame me? If you came to my shop to get your car fixed and then I broke it. Would it be fair to say it was your fault?" It was like talking to a wall. So I said I'm gonna do them somewhere else. It's 3/30 now. The area manager called me She answered saying "I'm not answering questions, I'm not discussing ussing or fighting, the owner will be available Monday to talk" I simply said "who's discussing or fighting? I just want my money back to go do my taxes elsewhere" she kept playing the defensive act as if I was fighting her. The proceeded to give me the number. I couldn't hear her. I asked her to repeat it and she said "LIKE I SAID IM NOT FIGHTING OR DISCUSSING " it was like talking to my mother. Not professional at all. The funny part is. I said "look I just want the number because I have questions to ask that clearly you don't want to answer them" She proceeded to say "oh okay, what questions do you have?" I wasn't even gonna entertain it. I got the number and I'll be calling the "boss man" Go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache. You're gonna be waiting more than 21 days for your taxes and we need our money. Learn from my mistakes coming here.

Been using Jackson Hewitt for 4 years now. This is the first time we file our taxes into this location. The lady who assisted us was so unprofessional. She complained a lot more than helping us. She doesn't even have any idea about my green card ID. Never again. Worst experience ever.
