        Before it was a great place for coming and shopping the things that you need it for your job But lately I coming and if something I dont like it, they just showed the door and say the hardware store is a couple blocks from here And that was not the people in the front desk was a guy coming from the back from the office area When I make a question. make sense like if you buy a part selling by piece, why this crew coming for that part will be selling for a pack ( hundred) Customer service in the front desk is good but the people in the office .Mmm.. possible they think they are are God ,they are thinking we cannot ask nothing ,you like buy it if not get out here

      I spoke with the guys at the counter and have an understanding of the problem. It sounds like a communication issue, as our guy was trying to help you. We don't sell screws by the piece. Our smallest amount is a bag of 100. To buy individual pieces you would need to go to a hardware store, where you can buy single screws from a bulk bin. Again our team is always trying to help provide the best service, and we're actually willing to direct you to somewhere else so you could just buy 6 screws.Apologies again, we're always here to help even when it means helping you find what you need somewhere else. We'll copy this response to the other review you left for the same thing under a different name. Thank you.
