Brandywine had a beautiful home for me to rent. The customer service was professional and efficient. My property manager Holly had great communication about all of my questions and concerns. There was a small issue that required me using my renters insurance and they got it taken care of as soon as possible. I recommend giving brandywine homes an opportunity to find your next home to rent.

Horrible experience with these people and only halfway into our lease. Customer service from our property manager has been little to none. Can hardly reach them. Double billing, over billing, you name it.

We have been renting from Brandywine for three years and the house is in great shape. Weve never had trouble with maintenance requests or reaching out to the company. Very easy to work with.
