I wish I could give you a zero instead of a one no communication no one in office ever didnt ever tell me that another company was taking over and that I needed to pay new company not them until after I left many voicemails asking what was going on idk I'm glad I'm under a different property management now

Ethosity doesn't seem to have any regard for the community in which their rentals are located. There is a rental close to my house, and the tenant decided to just throw all their belongings onto the front lawn when they moved out. The trash has been sitting there for over a week. The website says "increasing the quality of life for our communities". That is completely false. They do not care about the community or else they would not have tenants who trash our neighborhoods. As someone who has lived in the neighborhood for over a decade, I am completely frustrated by the fact that a company is coming in and ruining what has been built in the community.
