Louise is fantastic!! Ive had several therapists before and never felt like I got anything out of it. Shes the first therapist that just gets it. She gets to the root and Ive learned a lot from her. Very understanding and empathetic but also very real and truthful, which I appreciate greatly. Ive referred friends to her and all have nothing but good things to say. Id give her more stars if I could. Highly recommend

After quite a bit of time, I can honestly say that I have been helped a lot by Louise. I feel better, act better, and am in a better place.

I visited Louise to discuss my feelings of depression. I have always gone through a cycle of feeling "normal" and then suddenly feeling extremely low to the point where it negatively impacts my life on all levels. My grandfather passed away and I spent months feeling like I couldn't get to the "normal" half of my cycle. She asked me, "are you wanting to be depressed because you seem fine and very happy when talking about your friend's pregnancy." I am a teacher. It is literally my job to always seem happy. I am a woman and the eldest in a relatively stressful family. Again, it's my job to always seem like every thing is fine. I am a human who is capable of multiple feelings and I am allowed to feel down while feeling happy for someone else. I mentioned that I don't think I'm bipolar or trying to give the impression that I am to which she quickly said, "well that's not what bipolar disorder is" with a snarky little chuckle. My sister has bipolar disorder and my closest friend's mom has bipolar disorder. I have a decent understanding of what it looks like and it does share symptoms with what I experience. I have PMDD...hints the scheduled cyclical pattern. PMDD can mimic bipolar disorder, so I was not at all off when I mentioned it in our session. She also accused me of not paying for my session. I most definitely paid for my session. It was by far the biggest waste of money, but I paid. The thing that drove me up the wall the most was that she had poor texting skills. I should have gone with my gut after messaging with her and not gone. This woman is making a joke out of her profession.
