Dr Christy saw me when my parents first got divorced and again when I was a young adult, about 22, when I was dealing with various kinds of trauma. She makes you work hard in therapy, is direct, and doesnt appreciate slacking. She pushed me when I had no motivation to do so myself, and she ultimately helped me change the entire trajectory of my life. Shes a great psychologist and I highly recommend her as a psychologist and DBT-style therapy sessions. Thank you Dr. Christy!

There are psychologists that actually want to heal you, Dr. Christy is NOT one of them. If you decide to still book after talking to the least professional, extremely dismissive assistant Allison, Dr. Christy will only disappoint and leave you feeling even worse as she truly doesn't care. You'll be lucky if she even remembers you, as she takes no notes. She is the definition of why some psychologists should retire younger as she seems incredibly burnt out and doesn't appear to care a fraction of the amount of other psychologists and even counselors I have tried. Look elsewhere for help. I promise, there are people who care.
