Do not rent with these guys. They do not return calls, texts, emails... NOTHING. I have been renting for a couple weeks now and no one ever has an answer for anything. Ive put in multiple maintenance requests and have received no information back. "Move-in ready" with these people means broken doors, broken flooring, unattached fireplace cover (VERY dangerous) and bugs everywhere. None of which would be a huge deal if they ever got back to me with some solutions. I hope the owner from this company sees this message and reaches out. Its my last hope to get ahold of these folks. If you own a property and are looking to rent it through LIV... FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. My thoughts go out to the owner of the home I'm renting because they are not doing you right.

Kenny Hall found a crew to replace the siding on the building I am in. I thought it would take a few days to get finished. They got it done in about 6 hours and it looks great.
