Was in need of mulch & shrubs so I checked out Paradise bc it was close to home. Pulled into the facility, there was no signage where to go and was not able to find anyone for direction of what I was looking for. Found the mulch towards the back and proceeded a few feet thru the open gate - that's when I was aggressively approached by a gentleman who began shouting at me bc I was not supposed to be there...I assume he was upset bc the back of the lot looked like a dump. Again, there was no signage stating where to go and where not to go. Yelling at a (former) customer is absolutely unacceptable.

If you call Paradise, the automated response tells you that they welcome residential customers. Yeah, right. I tried calling them several times. The calls were never returned.. I'd rate them a zero if I could. Be aware.
