Great pricing, everyone is so nice and understanding (one of my dogs is a grumpy Chihuahua ), I wasn't worried at all for the 3 days they were there.

This place is a step above the others. They are incredibly organized and clearly run the place. Unlike other boarding facilities I've used, the staff seem in-control and not stressed out. Your dogs get great play time and time outside of their room without insane up-charging, they have convenient tools to manage your booking, and are incredibly responsive & helpful via text. Not to mention that every other time I've boarded my pet elsewhere, they've come home with tummy problems, but here, they were completely fine!!
I think this place is a tremendous value. I'd recommend it to any friend looking for a boarding facility.

Clean facility and awesome staff. Barry loves this place. Gets play time with the staff and other dogs. I love getting report cards for Barry as well with pictures included. They do a really good job. I drive a little further to take him here. Its worth it!

Last week, we dropped by Priority Boarding for a quick tour. Samantha, our tour guide gave us a complete tour of the facility. We were beyond impressed with your building, the staff, the dog suites and services you provide. The first thing we noticed when we walked through the building was the cleanliness. It blew us away that there was no kennel scent. Your facility is the best we have ever seen. Seriously, it is in a class by itself.
The way in which Samantha greeted us and answered all our questions was comforting. Like many pet parents we want to know that our fur baby will be given good care while being boarded. Samantha must certainly be one of your most valuable employees. Her customer service skills are natural and sincere. I know because I am a former customer service trainer for a large well-know company. Samantha absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. We immediately booked Chelsea, our Border Collie, for boarding during our upcoming vacation. What a great sense of relief.
