      image Fantastic service! Had a screw fall out of a pair of glasses. Dewan (Sp?) Was fantastic at helping fix my issue. 10/10 customer service! He was patient and kind even though the glasses were not originally from LensCrafters

      image I would never recommend this location for LensCrafters. They canceled my appointment and did not call, text or send an email.When I arrived, they pretended I had the wrong location until I showed my appointment on the phone. Then he looked in the computer and stated they canceled the appointment!!!!!

      image I had such a great experience with Dwon and Trisha. They were both incredible. I go through Macys all the time and I never knew Macys had a LensCrafters. They are hidden in corner. I wish they were in a better location I would have been purchasing all my glasses here.
