Dr Sabau deserves a higher rating than this but his office does not deserve even this high of a rating. His office staff is unprofessional and uncaring. They play on their personal phones while patients are standing in front of them. Currently we have been waiting over a week to obtain a letter signed by Dr Sabau stating my stepdaughters disability and diagnosis in order to have continued coverage on her insurance. In the meantime she has ran out of her seizure medication. It takes 10days to process her paperwork and her medicine costs $1000.00 without insurance. It is unacceptable for it to take so long to just get a signature. This is jus one example of the many issues we have had. Another time they said they were sending over an order for fasting blood work for the next day. We get to the place no order. We call and go. Oh I forgot}. Unprofessional!
