        Wont fund a loan because the appraiser said paint was chipping on the trim of a house, with a 20% down conventional buyerLOL. Highly do not recommend this company

        Failed to fix escrow after repeated attempts to fix, then sold the mortgage to another company causing the work to be done again. Would never consider using again and would deny any attempt by a broker to user them as well. I highly encourage people to look for a more reputable company.
