        Responded to an email invitation to check on a loan with NO IMPACT ON CREDIT RATING in email or webpage. Began applying but stopped because suddenly there were emails from everywhere saying there was a hard inquiry on to all the credit reporting agencies. Spoke on the phone to a supposedly local branch. If you apply ONLINE YOU get reported. If you apply over the phone or in-person, it can be stopped..but that is never stated. Stay away. Stay far far away. I filed official complaint with the Dept of Consumer affairs in my state and will also report to FTC. PS. Impossible to get a fax number for main headquarters in Indiana

        I called up there today and customer service was horrible didnt really care to give me any information tried to see if they would give me a loan for my bills and the dude took forever to speak back taking long pauses making it awkward
