The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. First they said they were going to give me a loan then they said they weren't going to give me a loan all because my account was overdrafted even after their payment had been processed and their company had been paid they still wanted me to wait an additional 7 days for it to fall off their computer. Mind you all of this was standing there with a 2 year old in my hands empty on gas on disability with no other options but open up a complete another account at Ace Cash advance right across the street they were so super nice and so much more professional I had been doing business with A1 Cash advance for almost 20 years and I'm telling you their management and customer service is some of the absolute worst I have ever seen. They have a regional manager which I have no idea how she's a regional manager anywhere name Lauren that teaches all of her managers at the branches that they can pretty much make up their own Financial rules and just wing it. I advise anyone that's had difficulty with Lauren or any of her managers Contact Consumer financial Protection Bureau and file the report that is the only way they will be held accountable. You can't just decide who gets loans and who doesn't because of what kind of day you're having. There are Financial laws for a reason. Freaking idiots.. so in other words go directly across the street to Ace of cash advance I promise you you'll be much more satisfied with a lot less headaches.. and this is coming from a man's perspective but dealing with any women these days is becoming a huge headache I think these smartphones and Technology has made their brains slow down even more. Also they have their friends and relatives leave good reviews on here if you look you can tell just look at the amount of reviews on the ones that have given them five stars they have like one two three reviews that's because they don't give reviews normally they have been asked by Lauren or Julie to go on there and leave a good review to try to cover up the horrible reviews like mine. Just look through the five-star reviews they have and see that those people have barely any reviews at all that's because they've been asked by Julie and Lauren to cover up the bad ones.. just to cover up from the horrible ones. And also let's not forget Julie Lauren's boss she pretty much feels like she owns the whole company so I'm going to do my best to actually contact the owner or group of her company and let them know that she believed she owns it. And can run it the way she seems fit. She'll decide who she's going to loan money to and who she will not who cares about any Financial laws... just like Julie told me on the phone call I recorded for her bosses I'm the highest one up in this company you can talk to. Welp Let's test that theory Julie.. Julie and Lauren please take a piece of advice you have a pamphlet in all of your stores it's called short-term loans rules and regulations you should try to go by that sometime I'm pretty sure it's there for a reason. All I can say is good riddance. You can definitely tell when a business has upper management made up of women let's see how long it takes for a man to come in and clean up their mess later..smfh.. also I'm still waiting on Julie's boss even though she doesn't believe she has one to call me back he's an actual man (Gus) but I'm guessing he's the kind of man that's intimidated by other men and is more comfortable hiring women under him you know that just barely a man kind of guy.. anyways still waiting on your call back buddy but if not don't worry I'm sure I'll find somebody that will call me back in your company and allow me not to forget that when Julie was done talking over me and not listening to me whatsoever say anything she decided she would just hang up the phone on me. customer service these days man it's awesome and man when you catch them on their cycle good Lord that's if they're not too old to already be past that stage of their life and just bitter.
