Dustin mowed my yard today. He connected with me at the beginning of the mow, checked back in as he went, and ensured that the work was done to my satisfaction. He took the time to carefully move sprinklers and to explain to me things about my lawn condition and how he would work to improve it. Great job and excellent customer interaction! I used this company for 1-2 years. I travel for work a lot and needed the lawn mowed while I was gone. I had to call several times due to the workers blowing grass into my pool, filling the filter and pump full of grass. They also ran over a corner of my pool cover and destroyed the whole corner. They never tell you when theyre coming. And theres been many times when they only mow the front yard, not the back, but still charge me full price. I never left a bad review the entire time. I still needed the service.
I finally moved and needed to cancel the service. They refuse to cancel my plan unless I pay for 2-3 more services. So after everything, they refuse to cancel until they take another $100-$150 from me. Just terrible customer service. I will be telling everyone I know in the Indianapolis area, forever, not to use this company. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

I'm beyond done with this company! We have had them mowing our yard while we are out of town for the last 3 weeks and have paid weekly, only to find out that our yard was never touched within these last 3 weeks! I called yesterday and spoke with Jacob and he was supposed to send someone out immediately and give me a call back....neither happened! Needless to say I will be calling again first thing in the morning and requesting a refund!! Unreal! And I verified this via our security cameras that no one was ever out! Will never recommend this company to anyone, ever! Take your money and go elsewhere!!!
