Website advertised many services we were interested in for our backyard. I have tried now several times to call and email the company for a consultation, with no response. The phone number goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full.

I paid for a consultation of $35 this summer and hopes to have my yard plan/work this fall. I have texted and not received any information back.

We scheduled a consultation this summer for some projects we had been saving for and were excited to get done. They did show up for the consult and were friendly and informative. They told us our project would require some design blueprints to be drawn up and they were about 5 weeks out from being able to have that done. While we were hoping to move quicker we agreed to wait. After 6 weeks we contacted them and they never responded to us. I'm not sure why we never heard back from them but we were extremely disappointed that we put our trust in them and never got our drawings or estimate. We would have gone with another company had we known.

This was our first foray into getting professional landscape help for a project and we feel utterly ignored and taken advantage of. In March, we paid the $35 for the initial consultation, which I justified because I believed in their design approach. SEVEN WEEKS and several emails, calls, and Facebook messages later we finally got a follow-up: a contract to initiate the design process and pay for the deposit (which the internet told me was a normal amount but we have since learned is also not necessary). EIGHT WEEKS and a handful of emails, phone calls, and messages later we finally got another response, followed by a design plan for our space (the design itself bumps the review up from one star to two stars). SIX WEEKS and some emails/messages later we managed to get some changes made to the design plan. We then had a very reasonable week of actual communication as the estimate for work was prepared. The estimate came in October. It is now mid-February and my emails have gone unanswered. Having now seen a different example of how another landscape company runs, I've learned that shelling out any money ahead of time and waiting, waiting, waiting for a response is not normal nor necessary.
