        Billy Hill has been my family’s insurance agent since 1973. When we were moving into our house in 1973 he actually brought a bucket of KFC for us. Through the years Billy has treated us like family and has taken care of everyone in our family. We had some large claims and he fought to get us what we needed to make things right. As with all companies he has had personnel changes, some good and some bad. But he always makes it work. Can’t say enough good things. Brian Akins

        They never answer their phones when you try to get a hold of them. And then the turnaround time for a phone call back is absolutely unacceptable. After they had a couple of new hires in their office my policy got messed up twice. My family has been a consistent State Farm customer for over 40 years... this experience was terrible. I would not recommend using this office.
