I have used Ken Maddox HVAC for close to 20 years now. I woke up to no heat recently and called them and they came out within a few hours. I needed to replace my 28 year old furnace and they were able to take care of it the next day at a very reasonable price. I am very happy and the family is staying warm now.

Worst customer service. They installed our HVAC in new build home in late 2020. The condensation drain had a major leak due to poor installation and the woman on the phone (Liz) wanted to argue with me instead of scheduling a technician for that day. The PVC pipe was bowing out because it was installed way too tight and eventually popped from the connection. This caused major water damage to our floors. Im 9 months pregnant and told her due to the leak theres mold damage in our floor and need someone out immediately to fix the issue. She refused to get someone out until four days later. Do not recommend!

Called this company out to check out my AC that wasnt working. I wasnt at home at the time, so my wife called me to let him know the issues. I reported the coil in my air handler was frozen as well as the line sets going to the outside unit. He checked the filter which I change monthly, cleaned the outside coil and told my wife he couldnt check the refrigerant levels because he didnt have keys to the caps locks they installed. He never checked my indoor unit coils which talking to another professional is probably the issue. Long story short he was an under-qualified technician that came out and did work I do myself, then charged us $100 saying he fixed the problem. I called their office to speak to a service manager and have yet to talk to one. I would definitely recommend calling anyone else, this company is a joke. Service: HVAC system repair

Guy is crazy drives around his van cutting off people and flipping them off with his kid in the front seat. Not someone I want working on my stuff
