Randolph & Brothers has been servicing my hvac units for over 2 years. He does a great job of spring and fall preventative maintenance and his super responsive if an issue happens. I highly recommend David Randolph to family, friends, colleagues and to you all. Best in the business.

David came to diagnose a malfunctioning furnace and was able to figure out what the issues were and get them addressed. He took care of my immediate concerns without trying to upsell me on a new system like all the big HVAC companies always do. He explained everything clearly and gave me a realistic perspective on the likely lifespan of my aging system. It's experiences like this that earn lifetime customers, and I'll absolutely plan on calling up Randolph and Brothers when it is time to install a new system. I am currently leasing my home through a property management company, and after hiring 2 terrible HVAC companies, they hired David and I could not be happier with his service. He was quick with his diagnosis of my HVAC system, very honest about all the work he was performing, and even fixed a broken drain pipe that one of the other companies said was "unfixable". I really hope my property management team continues to hire David for all my HVAC needs.
