Had a fantastic experience end to end with John and the rest of the PPC team. Price Point was one of four quotes we got for a ductless mini split install we were doing to our detached (now finished) garage. John was the only one of the four to thoroughly assess heating/cooling capacity needs, provide multiple configuration options, and work through electrical solutions with us. They also were by far the most attractive quote. John was extremely proactive, friendly, and informative. He helped us with AES instant rebates and finding a model that is eligible for federal tax credits. The team showed up on time and completed the install with quality. Love this company! Ray has been my technician for the past three visits he is so professional and extremely personable shows me all the ins and outs of my HVAC system and explains everything that hes doing so I have a good understanding of my system set up. I appreciate their honesty and integrity as a company I was initially told they treat people like family and its true!
