Love this hotel! We are here for the eclipse and this hotel has provided a great home base downtown. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great shower pressure and really nice staff service. We were just surprised with a little eclipse themed gift bag! Starburst, Milky Way, moon pie, sun chips, orbit gumsuch a nice gesture! Thanks Hilton Downtown Indy!

3 stars for the unsecured garage. I went out this morning to grab breakfast and as I stepped out the side door near the vestibule into the attached parking garage where guest park for $48 a night, I noticed several police cars in the street and on the side walk. As I rounded the wall to the garage, noticed crime scene tape and what appeared to be a deceased man inside the hotel/parking garage vestibule. This was not a scene I was expecting to come across as I exited my hotel. Who knows how long he was there before someone found him. But the fact that he was inside the vestibule entrance into the hotel from the garage made me realize that the garage is not secure or monitored on camera by security. Website for the hotel says its a secured parking garage. What was unsettling was the fact that guest were still exiting the hotel into the same vestibule as PD was searching the individual. Management should have stopped people from accessing the vestibule during all of this. I honestly was going to stop by my car in the garage but decided to walk out the side door instead. Thank god I didnt because I would have walked right into crime scene.

Here for the mens NCAA basketball Regional tournament. Hilton located near the arena, great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in downtown Indianapolis.
