Omni Severin Hotel

Rooms are reasonable and spacious. For whatever reason none of the bathrooms have vents, which I didn't Even realize was up to code. Overall I would stay here again but it's not the newest and freshest of hotels.

Came for Morgan Wallen stayed for the staff. Best place to stay in Indianapolis! The bell hops specifically Matt and Freddie were so attentive as soon as you walk in the door and were absolute key to our restaurant recommendations. To be quite frank, loved the guys (see pics haha)! Anyways the Severin was so good for drinks, beds comfortable, rooms small but nice! Evan who checked us in was an absolute delight! Loved the Omni and wouldnt stay anywhere else. Also Andrew the valet was quick and fast helping us. The staff, the staff, the staff. Go blue!!

Highly disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Dirty lamp shades, eyelashes from the last guest left on the lamp post, peeling wall paper, electrical outlets that are not secured and basically rotting out of the wall, dirty curtains, broken bed frame. Outdated is one thing, dirty is another! If we would have had more time I wouldnt have stayed at this hotel. We arrived early but had to wait over 45 minutes in a line to get our car parked- the valet attendants were super friendly despite the madness so that was a plus but they clearly needed more help. Im not sure if the guys were the only two scheduled or if someone called off but I hope this is not the normal experience for the amount of money we paid for our room I expected more than a Super 8 experience.
