      image Ill start off with positivestaff were great, the beds were actually very comfortable and location to downtown Indianapolis was good. Walking in to the hotel there is an awful, damp smell that gets worse near the pool area and the pool looked very murky. The elevators have a terrible smell in them and the one closest to the pool door sounds like its going to breakdown. Lastly, our room was infested with ants and we were told its because some rocks were moved around aside. I went down and showed them a video of it and we were moved immediately to what was suppose to be a suite but it was regular room with an additional empty room that had a desk in it. I was told Id receive a credit/discount when I checked out but they were unable to credit anything back to me bc we booked on Expedia so I was offered me some snacks but I declined bc it didnt take away my issue of the bugs. The room we were moved to had an issue with the HVAC so we couldnt run it to cool off the room. I will add again the best part was the staff were not rude and apologetic but left an unfortunate bad experience for me to rent with them again. First time Ive had an issue with this chain.

      image Love the staff here. Hotel is always a little busy with youth sports teams, but I have never had any problems here. Rooms are perfect for me.

      image We purposely made reservations to stay here for the pool on our way home from vacationing in Tennessee. We arrive about 8pm to find that the pool is closed because someone puked in the pool..... but will be open the next day. We were disappointed but understood. The next morning the pool was still closed but were told it may be opening later. We were also told we could get a late check out if we were able to swim at a later morning time. As of 11 am the pool still is not open.. On top of that, our fridge was not working... so food spoiled.
      We can get a simple bed at any hotel.
      Very basic breakfast .
