Excellent annual A/C service from Thiele. DJ took extra time to look into a room cooling concern and provided great guidance and suggestions on how to address, no extra charge. Thiele has always provided fair pricing and top-notch, courteous service.

Mike P. with Thiele stopped by the other day because our home was not reaching the desired temperature. He found out there was likely an issue with our thermostat which is a relatively cheap fix. A competitor wanted to say there was an expensive issue that would require replacing the whole system and cost around $10k. Honest work done by Thiele to not try to extract money out of us.

I trust Theile to annually check and maintain my system . They are professional, knowledgeable, and dont push unnecessary services. Mike today performed my AC heat pump check up and he was great. I trust him 100% and will ask for him to come back every time. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Mike Pressley with Thiele fixed a very simple problem for me. After that, he went the extra mile and made sure I got more value for the service fee I was paying. He hosed down my AC condenser coils and tested the levels of my AC. Mike is a clean cut, respectful, well mannered gentleman. He gave us good advice on some other products to purchase as possible DIY projects we were considering. I recommend Thiele HVAC and Mike Pressley!
