They went above and beyond to capture what I was looking for! I received the perfect amount of communication! The best part was receiving a picture showing the final product and a note when it was successfully delivered! I live in California and needed to send a sympathy gift, a live plant, to a friend whose father had died. My friend lives in Indiana. I didn't see what I was looking for on the website, so I called Steve's Flowers on the phone. Linda at Steve's Flowers went out to the floor to see what else they had in stock. Then she took a photo of the plants that would work for my needs and emailed it to me. From there, I chose the one I wanted. I then asked if they could decorate the basket Americana-style, since the man who had died was a World War II combat hero. She said, of course! Once the gift was decorated and ready for delivery, Linda sent me another photo so that I could see what I was sending. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who was willing to take the time to make sure my friend received a sympathy gift that truly honored her dad. Thank you, Linda and Steve's Flowers!
