Promised 2 week install 9 weeks .later still waiting with no response still waiting . Canceling and getting another company . Trying to relocate. Cannot do that until the floor is replaced . Thank you 50 floor for your help .

I dont like to leave negative reviews but there is significant room for improvement at 50floor. Firstly, our salesman immediately asked to use the bathroom when he arrived (late, got wrong address) to evacuate his coffee, then he made a number of distasteful comments and repeatedly spoke negatively about another carpet company that we had used before. Secondly, the number listed on this google maps page (at the time of this review) for the Indy location did not work when I tried it. I managed to connect to the national 50floor line (google search) and through my complaint was able to be connected to the regional manager. I had my carpet consultation 2 weeks ago and was not expecting to wait 3 weeks for delivery, particularly without any updates. I will be happy to update this review if/when I receive my installation. Update: the carpet is really really nice and the price was competitive, meaning that I may use 50floor again to finish my house but I would still not recommend the customer service.

Some additional leveling had to be done but flooring start to finish was completed by installers in 6 hours! 50 floors
contracted the installer and bid the job. It was fast and beautiful!

The 2 installers showed up on time and were very friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
