        I dont like to leave negative reviews but there is significant room for improvement at 50floor. Firstly, our salesman immediately asked to use the bathroom when he arrived (late, got wrong address) to evacuate his coffee, then he made a number of distasteful comments and repeatedly spoke negatively about another carpet company that we had used before. Secondly, the number listed on this google maps page (at the time of this review) for the Indy location did not work when I tried it. I managed to connect to the national 50floor line (google search) and through my complaint was able to be connected to the regional manager. I had my carpet consultation 2 weeks ago and was not expecting to wait 3 weeks for delivery, particularly without any updates. I will be happy to update this review if/when I receive my installation. Update: the carpet is really really nice and the price was competitive, meaning that I may use 50floor again to finish my house but I would still not recommend the customer service.

        Promised 2 week install 9 weeks .later still waiting with no response still waiting . Canceling and getting another company . Trying to relocate. Cannot do that until the floor is replaced . Thank you 50 floor for your help .

        Some additional leveling had to be done but flooring start to finish was completed by installers in 6 hours! 50 floors contracted the installer and bid the job. It was fast and beautiful!

        Our installer showed up late every day. When asked if he could stay a little later than 5pm, we initially told him no but he stated he would not get paid unless he finished before the end of the weekend. He stayed until 8-9PM and did not finish when stated. Additionally, he brought in two other people who played music extremely loudly, although we were in the house since it was the weekend, and he did not caulk all the trim areas in an attempt to finish. Worse than his unprofessionalism was the lack of response by the office. We never received an electronic version of our contract. We have called at least 8 times, and still do not have it.
