        They didn't respond when asked for a change in service until 3+ emails later. They had 1 person in our 20,000 sq ft building for 15 mins to "clean" the whole thing typically per our security cameras. They failed to reduce our services when we requested and yet still tried to charge us for the service.

        Good people in management. Costa is great, very good demeanor, Robert and Justin are very attentive. I would recommend to anyone needing building services to try Citywide.

        Nick does an excellent job of addressing issues as they arise. He makes a weekly visit to make sure we are satisfied with the services provided. Dealing with an older building that has not been maintained has been a challenge for the cleaning crew, but overall, they do a great job.
