        This location has been our primary bank for decades. It's worth having a relationship with your banker, and this is a great place for it.

        Not sure if its this branch in particular, but I know its BMO Harris. I called beginning of April to try to get some financial help. The lady said it was fine to skip my payment, they will add a payment to the end of the loan, and Ill just have a late me the next month. They called just a couple days ago saying my account was passed due and they cant actually help financially. Seems like a problem on their end, not mine. So now I have to pay a late fee every single month because of THEIR mistake
