I was supposed to get my window shield replaced here, but when I got here, I was completely lost. There's absolutely NO signage except for a board on the side, that just simply says auto glass replacement and a phone number. The place looks like someone's house, so I didn't want to just go and knock on either of the 2 doors that I've seen. I called the number that I have for them, hoping that someone could assist me, but all I got was a message saying that their mailbox is full. It's super unprofessional not to have any signs letting customers know where to go. I didn't see a welcome sign nor an enter here sign on either of the two doors that I saw. Maybe it's because I'm not from Indiana and not familiar with these kinds of small businesses, but I need some kind of direction. I'll go to another place that actually has some signage.
