Charlie with Appliance Science has been to our house multiple times over the years and has done a fantastic job every time. Honest, great prices, and very knowledgeable. And he is great with our Golden Doodle who tries to help with the repairs but just gets in the way. I recommend Charlie to all my friends and family anytime I hear they are having an appliance problem!

Our oven went out over the weekend, so I filled out a request for an appointment on Monday. Charlie contacted us immediately and got us in on Tuesday. He diagnosed our oven and repaired it quickly and now it's working great! Charlie was super easy to work with, gave me plenty of notice before he arrived, was very efficient, and did great work. I would absolutely contact him again if we have trouble with any other appliances. Highly recommend!

I messaged Charlie from Appliance Science on Easter Sunday of my leaking dishwasher. He got back to me that day and was here the next day to check it, and knew very shortly what the problem was! A part was needed which he picked up and made repairs that same day. Thank you Charlie

What a wonderful and very professional service from start to finish. I filled out the form online and received an email from Charlie within hours. Appointment was set for next day to diagnose the units in need of repairs. He called before coming with a time of arrival. Very prompt. Did his diagnosis and explained what was needed along with a very reasonable estimate of cost. Very knowledgeable as well. He needs to order parts and said hed get back to me when they were in. The next day he called to say they were in and appointment was made for next day. Gave me a time frame and again called when he was on the way. Again arriving right on time. He repaired all units in a very timely manner even though there were a few hiccups along the way. Not on his end but with the house. I highly recommend Charlie, owner of Appliance Science. Dont hesitate to contact him. You wont be sorry. I will definitely spread the word about him. Thanks so much Charlie!!!
