New office staff is horrible. The office manager is extremely rude and condescending. She talks down to everyone as if they are incompetent or beneath her and threatens to charge people for her own negligence with informing people of things!

They never answer the phone, They dont have an emergency number, when something is an emergency they tell you workers are finishing up with their job, as if you didnt just tell them you had an emergency.

The good reviews are because they bribed the tenants with money off rent for 5 stars. I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely the worst place ive lived. Maintenance is a joke. The office staff is confused and unprofessional. The place is falling apart. Not to mention the roach and rodent issues. dont walk. RUN away from knoll ridge.
