I LOVE living at Willow Lake!! My apartment is amazing - I love the layout. The grounds are meticulous, and the amenities are decadent. The staff are phenomenal - very responsive and professional. I highly recommend this complex!!

We moved in around july 2023 and absolutely love it! the staff and maintenance are excellent. The amenities are nice including the dog spa. the apartments are spacious. we havent really had any problems either.

Moving is NOT fun and renting process is NOT always smooth. This time I had some 3rd party added hurdles to deal with and Mckensie was God send for me! She was patient and extremely helpful in the process. She maintained full and clear communication. Responded to every call and email under 15 minutes max. While I was stressed out and going nuts Mckensie maintained a cool and professional demeanor. She helped me with mapping distance from work to Willow Lake to my parents house (as I am new to Indiana). She helped me figure out which apartment layout is going to work best for my needs, and I was within my budget. She is wonderfully superb at her job. Thank you to Willow Lake Team! for turning what started as a rollercoaster ride but ended smooth and safe. Now I look forward to building a new life in Indiana.

Almost one year ago I moved into willow lake and I have absolutely been impressed the entire time! The office staff are amazing and host wine & cheese happy hours every so often, organize coffee trucks out front some months, and have the leasing office stocked with Starbucks and Le Croix! Facilities are top notch, from the pool to the fitness center (which is always empty!) to the tennis courts. There is also a vacuum and air pump for our vehicles! Grounds crews are here most weeks keeping the grass and landscaping clean, and turning over the flowers as the seasons change. Did I mention valet trash, picked up at your front door 5 nights a week, a charge on your statement in addition to rent, however. So take advantage! Youre paying for it! Lastly, the maintenance crew - wow they impress! Timely, courteous, caring in my apartment when they enter (except sometimes with shoes kept on), and friendly when seen on the grounds. This really is a wonderful community! Tonight we got a Halloween candy bag at our front door too! Thanks Willow Lake for making me feel at home! Update as year 3 in this community begins: rent has drastically gone up (+$295/month since I moved here Jan 2021). No community updates other than a pet mural on the tennis court wall. Shrugs shoulders. Turns out apartment windows are leaky as heck, making it similar to the temp outside (hot or cold, seasonally). Climate control is very $$$ living in these apartments as a result. This is the first place Ive ever rented that doesnt reward repetitive lease holders with a reasonable rent increase annually, and for all these reasons I drop my review one star because its no different than living anywhere else. Edit: management was able to explain why rent increases are so dramatic, and they agreed with my concerns and offered an incentive to sign a new lease. That speaks volumes and deserves to be shared.
