Marcy Village Apartments

Marcy Village has been the first apartment complex I have lived in since I moved to the Indy area. The leasing office team has ALWAYS been helpful and great at resolving any issues. Love having the original hard wood floors, natural light and my own washer and dryer! I have met many great neighbors also in this complex.

I dont live here, only visiting. Seemed peaceful with nice outdoor space. Apartments are nice but not wheelchair/Walker friendly

I've LOVED living here the past year! The office/maintenance staff is the best part. I've only had a couple small issues and they have been resolved super quickly (I once got locked out by accident and someone came to let me in within 5 minutes). If I have any questions/concerns, Megan and Karli are super responsive and you can clearly tell that they make an effort to remember their tenants! The pool is newly renovated and the gym as well (they have Pelotons), the only downside is that they are both on the smaller side. The other residents as well have all been warm and I even became best friends w/ my next door neighbor (they unfortunately had to leave for Germany a few months ago, but we still keep in touch). With a dog park, grooming area, and well maintained grounds, it's also a welcome place for furry friends. It's also super close to the Monon trail for runs/walks and to some nice eateries (including Loom, Root&Bone, and Gallery Pastry Bar). The are of Broad Ripple we're in is a little hit or miss with safety but I've never worries about mine at these apartments. With a gate at the front, and key fobs that are specific to each building, I rarely worry. Overall, I recommend living here :)
