        Overall a great apartment with great appliances and amenities. I loved living here and I loved the look of the apartment itself. The staff was great and kind towards and issues and the maintenance were even better. The only issue I had about this apartment had to do with the neighbors and parking. I lived at the top floor and no matter what time of day or what I was doing, the downstairs neighbor would be pounding on her ceiling. I would quite literally tiptoe in the apartment just to ensure that I wasn't being too loud and was conscious of the noise I was making at all hours of the day. No matter what I did it just wasn't enough for them. I would just be very cautious when applying if you have children or pets and are planning to live on one of the top couple of floors. Parking was hard to come by at the very end of the apartment buildings. It is an incredibly tight area with even limited parking spots. If you aren't back by about 5pm, all of the close parking is taken and you are forced to park a couple apartment buildings down.

        This place is a scam I applied for a apartment back in November 23 got denied and was supposed to be refunded but here it is February and still no refund and the office people never answer's the phone. Unprofessional and disgusting

        If you want to hear gun shots and have nats this place is a winner. This is not a good apartment they raise the rent each time its time for renewals and charge you for pest control and trash services but you have to drive a mile to throw away trash . You will have gnats all summer long. So get ready to be bothered. The neighbor are loud and have a lot of traffic from selling drugs pit of the place. My car was broken into in the wee hours of the night . The only good thing this apartment was good for was selling you a dream. They upgraded the units but you can tell that the structure is not where is supposed to be at from my walls bulking out. Stay away from these apartments for the price they want.
