Worst apartments ever, never come to this place , customer service 0 and no services at all, no maintenance, filthy place to live in

It not a good place to live in, they don't respond to maintenance if you need one, my window have been broken for over a year now, and It still not fixed, so as mice in my stove I have been calling for a month now and nothing has been, they have have been cleaning the apartment hallway, it smelling and dirty . i called yesterday and they dropped off the call on Me.

The grounds are always kept nicely, never have to worry about snow and ice , or leaves and weeds. I can set up my own maintenance appointments online through a portal which is super convenient. Lots of parking and they have passes in the window so the tow trucks remove cars who aren’t suppose to be there. Affordable and spacious and the office continues to upgrade or address issues that I may have with my unit . At times maintenance is busy but they communicate very well and they respect my service animal rights which is major for me and my condition . It’s not a noisy place except of course weekends you can find people cooking or kids playing at the play ground area but that’s normal. During the week people mind their own business I’ve had the same neighbors for going on 3 years and we all look out for each other that says alot about the quality of people they house here . I do wish they had a workout room or an upgraded laundry room but I’m sure that’s in the works as well .
