I have been living here for 6 months and love it! It is peaceful and the staff is very helpful. I enjoy living so close to the Monon too. The apartments are well designed and were recently renovated. The maintenance crew is also very prompt. The buildings are well designed and I never hear any of my neighbors. The snow removal is well done. I recommend living here!

I have been a resident here for over 5 years. This community is located in the perfect area, near 465 and access to two main thoroughfares in Indianapolis. The units, pool, grounds, walking paths, closets, garages, and amazing staff are just to name a few of the incredible factors I love to call this place my home! You will love it.

I applied here and was denied because my business taxes showed I lost income during a 3 month mandated shutdown last year for all salon owners. However, I maintained every bill and have always had perfect credit. Despite the fact, I provided bank statements from 4 consecutive months this year showing my income is more than 3x the rent. I'm really not sure if this was really about the income. I applied elsewhere and they were for accommodating to the fact that my business was shutdown by the government, took in consideration I have perfect credit, and my monthly income was more than what was asked. Again, not really sure if the real problem was what they are saying. The application was never canceled on my end, your staff called and let me know she wouldn't even push it through because of my loss of income one year ago do to pandemic. The application fee was still charged. She never once considered my application after. I don't even think she looked at my credit or income.
