Private Reserve Townhomes

Gate never works, maintenance is horrible called 3 times today for ac problems and was told someone will be out to fix, but no one ever called or came to check/fix it. Been having toilet problems since moving in, called about that too and still no one ever came out.. and the basement it always flooding. Very ghetto, I don’t not recommend moving to the “Private Reserve luxury townhomes” .

Very Very decent location. You gotta keep the office on their toes tho.

January 17th 2020 I would like to say the management staff at private reserve did a great job today of assisting me with account issues and in helping me to get things resolved. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put into getting my account back to the correct status. Great Management is what makes Private Reserve a great place to live.

This was the worst place I ever lived in, I was only there for four months and there was mold in my apartment and it was infested with bed bugs.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we love it! The people that work in the office are very nice and accommodating. We've only needed maintenance twice and both times they were friendly and efficient. The townhouses feel home-y and the fireplace adds a cozy touch. Highly recommend!
