Dont be fooled by the looks of this apartment. 90% of the windows will be painted shut, and dont have screens. The plumbing is so old that no matter how clean you are, youll always seem to have slow drainage (showers in calf deep water everyday). Heat is controlled by a boiler that is constantly under repair (had 3 winters here with inconsistent heat). The hot water also is constantly under repair, leaving residents with cold water, or no water constantly. There are no background checks or references needed during application process so the people are..theres a lot of theft and vandalism. During the warm months youll have a gnat infestation, every year, theyre in the pipes and management doesnt care. Have maintenance requests from year 1 that still havent been answered. Will be moving asap.

I lived here a couple years back and really enjoyed it. Never had any issues living there. Its an old building with charm. I really enjoyed the convenience of being near everything. Its a great neighborhood. By far my favorite place I have lived.

This place SUCKS, management changes every other month, hot water and heat never work, the building has cameras that DO NOT WORK, and when (not if) your packages get stolen the management will just shrug and say oh well. Only good thing is the new management is so incompetent they dont delete bad reviews anymore lol, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

DO NOT RENT HERE! MiddleTown Property Management is absolutely the most unprofessional, horrendous property management I have ever experienced. They do not care about the tenants at any of their properties. I have had ongoing unit issues that they neglect to address and fix correctly.
