Estates of Creekside Apartments

Been here for almost 3years now and have always been impressed with how fast the maintenance has come to fix whatever issues Im having. The other things Im worried about is my rent going up, kids or neighbors stealing packages, garbage in my hallway way, leaving the hallway front door open for bugs to get in and my fighting neighbors. I honestly only stay because they fix everything in my apartment as soon as i put a work order in.

They have BED BUGS and they allow people to just move around the complex and the bugs follow them then when you move they want to charge you for breaking your lease. How is it possible to give notice with bed bugs? Nobody knew that was an issue until it was an issue. We had to throw out all our furniture and that little treatment they do is bogus, they just make the bugs come out more then they want you to live there with them, the devil is a lie.

The apartments themselves are relatively well kept and people are generally neighborly and nice. Unfortunately, read the fine print in the lease agreement because even if you choose to not renew your lease, you need to give 60 days or theyll hit you with hefty fees to break your lease. It would seem as though if someone decided to not renew their lease, that the company would then know you were moving out on the lease end date. Im unable to find Indiana tenant law to prevent this type of bad behavior as its written in the lease and is a gotcha. Just be aware because it doesnt feel very transparent.
