        Drug dealers live here. Doors that are supposed to be secured are usually propped open by the "traffic" that comes in and out. Noisy, zero maintenance. The only interest here is collecting monthly rent which has gone up substantially. Do yourself a favor and REALLY look around before landing over here.

        PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING: Ive lived here for 2 years but recently moved out due to numerous issues. In the last month alone, the hot water went out 4 times and electricity went out twice. As there is no maintenance for the property it often takes more than a day or two to get hot water/electricity back. As well as issues with water/electricity, the buildings are old with cracking foundations, and have mice. In the past 2 years there has been 4 different property managers. The property managers do not reply in a timely manner if at all. On the bright side, the rent is relatively cheap for the location. However, there are plenty of other apartments for similar prices who do provide maintenance and a clean, safe living environment.
