St Clair Senior Apartments

I have not heard back from the property management! I put in application, no response since I pay the application fee. I have called and left messages still no response. Poor customer service.

My brother STILL DOES NOT HAVE WORKING HEAT IN HIS APT!!! MANAGER HAS KNOWN ABOUR THIS OVER 3 MONTHS !!! HE IS ON DIALYSIS 3 DAYS A WEEK...THIS B.S. CALLING BOARD OF HEALTH IF NOT FIXED ASAP...ELETRIC HEATERS ARE DANGEROUS IN THOSE APTS!!! HE IS A VETERAN AND DESERVES BETTER SMH!!!

My Rent went was raised $25.00 each year. Then they added a HVAC bill sometimes as much as $300.00 per month but it varies. They did not tell me about the HVAC bill until I had been there for two years...then they told me it was all due at once. You also pay your lights. Management was cold, unprofessional, and rude. Often yelling at the tenants. The building had bedbugs and roaches crawling in the hallways. I put my furniture in storage for a year to be sure there were no bugs in it, and moved.
