        Overpriced and dated for what they offer. Even the newer apartments are $300-400 more expensive than equivalent spaces in the area. The entire year I lived here there was loud construction every day and workers sitting or laying all over the sidewalk and in front of the stairs, trash everywhere and parking spaces filled. No discounts or acknowledgement of the noise was offered until after the fact. The maintenance guy was really nice but there are better options closer to the village.
