        DO NOT RENT HERE. Between the incompetent staff, subpar "remodel", expensive rent, extra fees, lying, and deceit... a cardboard box on the side of the street would be more enjoyable. I've been here 9 days and I've had more issues than my last apt of 6 years total. Since the day I came to visit the property initially to today, there has been nothing but lies and misinformation from the staff. Be sure to keep all of your communication in writing as they will tell lies over the phone (if they even answer) to just please you, then turn around and say the opposite. I'm already looking forward to moving out. *UPDATE* I've been here 9 months and the experience has not improved. The complex allows drug deals of all sorts to happen, car alarms going off all day/night, loud music, and construction noise nonstop. On top of this, they enter your apartment with no notice to do "updates" and leave your apartment in ruins.

        At Meridian Court, the people are wonderful! They worked diligently to insure that my move went as smoothly as possible. My daughter and I were very pleased to have Marilyn and the office manager always there to answer all of our questions. The professionalism from all of the staff members, from the manager to the maintenance personnels are like none other. I thank you all for your help.

        Me and my fiance have lived here for almost two years and have never once had an issue or complaint about these apartments. The office staff is very nice and friendly, the maintenance staff is very quick, efficient, and friendly. Any maintenance request we have gets completed usually same day, the only time we had to wait was either because we requested it or we called so late they couldnt send someone out in time. The apartments are very nice, spacious bathrooms, our kitchen is a little small, but we have one of the smaller apartments, and all the appliances work great! The patio is big and great in the summer time as well! Over all, I have never had a complaint and would recommend this place to everyone I can.
