        it's a quiet community for the most part... very well kept..the only complaint I have is getting maintenance to take care of your order in a timely fashion and the raising of the rent

        DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY, MY WIFE APPLIED IN JULY PAID THE $35 APP FEE AND PAID THE $100 RESERVATION FEE, WAS TOLD THE FIRST WEEK OF JULY SHE WAS DENIED AND SHE WILL BE REFUNDED HER $100 ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND SHE STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED HER MONEY, SHE HAS BEEN CALLING ALMOST EVERYDAY BUT GETS A VM EVERYTIME, SHE TRIED TO COME TO THE OFFICE BUT THEY WOULDN'T LET HER IN THE GATE SHE HAS DECIDED THAT SHE WILL BE TAKING THIS TO COURT

        They stole my money, I applied for an apartment and was later advised that I was denied and I would be refunded my $100 reservation fee and I never recvied it. I have been calling for weeks and all I get is a VM with no call back, I 've tried to email at this point i will be reaching out to the BBB because you can't just steal someone's money. Do not apply if you think you may be denied

      Hello Thiane - We regret that we were not able to change company policies, but this is not an accurate review of our customer service standards or policies. We would be happy to discuss the specifics again for applications at our community. For each applicant the screening process takes into account rental history, credit history and income verification prior to approval. If these are not met or negative that could be a reason for denial.
