Great location! However, amenities are subpar. We have to pay for secure parking and the garages are broken frequently. My car has been broken into in this location. The door to get to the dog park is also broken frequently. The staff are nice and responsive, I just wish the building was kept up better for the amount of money we pay to live here.

Do not move here -- Your packages will be stolen. I've had three packages stolen in the past two weeks and the management company does not have a solution. And twice I've come across unhoused people in the lobby because the front doors do not always lock. One guy was sleeping in a chair and another was making himself a cup of coffee. Neither was doing anything bad, but it's evidence that the building is not secure. If you do choose to live here, avoid a unit that faces south, because there's a bar on the corner that has loud karaoke all summer (and they sing the same bad songs over and over again).
