Homesense Heating and Cooling

One of our furnaces went out on the coldest day of the year. I called Homesense and they came out the same day. It needed a part and was picked up and installed by the next morning. They are a great company to work with!

Absolutely wonderful experience my furnace died and they got me a quote and replaced the unit in two days flat. They are so flexible and professional I would highly HIGHLY recommend Homesense heating and cooling you will not receive better service than this company provides. Excellent company good people and professional service.

The technician came in for a heating issue in my house and diagnosed it incorrectly and gave me an estimate for $1300+. I got a second opinion and the problem was different and was able to get my heater working for $200. When I called back the company asking for a refund of diagnosis fee as they diagnosed the problem to very different, they declined. The company didnt seem to have accountability when they diagnosed incorrectly. Fortunately I saved spending $1300 with them.

I'm not sure who these folks think they are, but I can tell you what I experienced: I called and needed help at a rental. They didn't confuse the rental address with my business address (I know that sounds silly but trust me, it happens a LOT). They gave me a day and TIME that they would be available (it wasn't weeks away and, like I said, it was a TIME, not a 2 or 4 hour window). They called when they headed to the location. When they got there they were so stinking kind to the tenant (huge plus for me), fixed the issue, did not try to upsell me on anything and talked to me w/o making me feel like a bafoon bcz HVAC stuff is not my knowledge base. 10outta10 I'm recommending them to everyone I know , period. No need to look further. So, if you are looking for nice, knowledgeable people who are capable of fixing your HVAC without selling you a bunch of extras and fix matters for a reasonable price... that's who these folks are, call them.
