I called Jannette Kennedy, owner of EliteShield Roofing and Remodeling, because I had a wonderful experience 2.5 years ago when she worked on my roof in a different area. My outcome this time was the same: problem fixed correctly, for a good price, and in a very quick manner. In fact, she came out the morning after I called her on a very rainy day this past week. Her responsiveness is what every customer needs when dealing with a roof leak. When the workers arrived the next morning, I was very impressed with their work and the attention that they gave to my problem. In fact, I forgot to mention that there was a temporary fix put on during the first visit that temporary patch stopped my leak and I knew that my ceiling in my 100 yo room would not fall down. The real fix gives me great confidence and I will soon use EliteShield Roofing and Remodeling to add wood to my attic floor. This attic without a floor has worried me for 36 years. I highly recommend EliteShield Roofing and Remodeling.
