GBI Restoration

I worked for this company from April to July of 2017. The way they handle business is a complete disgrace. They avoided debt collectors and do not conduct themselves appropriately. They switched my pay days every time pay day came, without telling me, and to this day owe me several hundred dollars from pay checks I never received. I went without a paycheck for a month meanwhile they still expected me to come to work, which is finally when I quit. I've called the BBB and the Department of Labor, both of which tell me this company is unreachable and will not respond to them. They drank during business hours and would leave beer bottles and wine cups all over the place for me to clean. I want the money that is owed to me, but I'll never see it. Oh. And the 5 star reviews by Brian Eichhorn and The Eichhorns are the business owners 😂😂 The other review by the Caudell person is a fake review also put by the owners. Lololol

We did not have them complete any roofing project. However, one of their installers side swiped our car on 465. After going back and forth with their office for months, we were forced to pay our deductible out of pocket. Our insurance agency tried to collect the debt as the police report faulted them 100%, but GBI was unwilling to pay. I can't help but assume this kind of integrity is displayed in their work as well.

Any review greater than one star is a lie. They cheated me as an employee and they cheated my customers out of services and money. The owner is a compulsive liar to employees and customers. You have been warned!

I worked directly with the owner and one of his representatives. The customer service was excellent! They gave me a very competitive quote and then had my roof replaced unbelievably fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Groupon for $500 worth of services from this company. I had a small (about four shingles) that needed to be replaced. I contacted the company before I bought the Groupon and asked if this would cover small repair, and they said yes. I sent the company a picture of the roof (from my home inspection) and without coming out they quoted me $800 ($500 was covered by the Groupon). They had added several things I didn't need done; I only wanted the shingles fixed since I am moving and this for the home inspection. I asked for someone to come out and look at the roof. I got the run around for two weeks. Finally they were scheduled to come out and a half hour before told me there was no need and that could give me a quote based on the picture. I again explained the issues. The sales guy told me that the owner "screwed up with the Groupon and should have put a price disclaimer" and he was sorry he was going to **** me off with the news. He said the owner would have to make the decision since he screwed up. I got a call an hour later saying I had to have $750 of work for them to come out. That was the last straw. I would rather pay some other company the money because of their terrible customer service. After two calls to Groupon I did get my $75 back. Don't use this place.
