        Terrible office staff. Doesn't answer phone or return calls. Doesn't timely schedule subsequent appointments or file insurance requests for coverage. In 6 months, we were only able to get 4 appointments. When an abscess developed, we couldn't even get a prescription for antibiotics. Cortney is also rude. We ultimately had to go to another dentist who also had to leave a message in order to contact the office for records.
